New to the blog world

So I am new to the blog world. I was trying to think for a way to share my thoughts and life with family and friends as well as track my daily thoughts. I will tell you now just so you know my spelling is horrable so try to enjoy my writings not my spelling and grammer:):) So what is the purpose of writing about your life? Does anyone really care? I am not sure but I enjoy hearing and reading about other people's lives so maybe mine might be just as interesting to read:) Life is a little slow right now for me but in the months and years to come I hope to have pages to write about and happy story to tell--stay tuned..........
